Take a look at my latest thought about how to control the loud buffeting caused by a windshield...Wunderlich on the F650GS. the idea came from the eye shields on bench grinders except my shields move back and forth like a door amd swing on the mirror stalks. When they are pulled back facing me and are directing the most wind to my chest, the sound is the quietest...possibly a venturi effect on the wind makes it smoother and thus quieter. So far I am pleased and my MI friend with the hannigan says it's the quietest bike he has ridden yet. He has a 90/6. It is my opinion that the closer the windshield the better and quieter it is..thus the Parabellum is like a barndoor and works great except you hit your helmet on it as it sits pretty close to one's head.
Can't get a pic to work sorry.
