Actually, I'm in the process of ordering from the company in Germany. Given my experience so far...you may want to wait until you hear whether or not my ordering experience has been successful.
Here is a summary of my experience thus far:
I inquired about availability to the company in Canada on April 12th and was told the part had been on back order for a year and they had no supply in stock. Later that day I sent an email to the company in Germany. I received a price list back from them via email on April 13th with prices in Euro's. Excited that it appeared I could order from them, I did the calculation for the ignition and coil combination I wanted and sent $318 to them via PayPal. It took until April 19th until I received an email indicating that the company had accepted my payment. Since I hadn't heard from the company or received any direct confirmation of my order, I sent an email to them on April 25th, simply asking when the order would ship. Unfortunately I didn't hear back from the company...even after sending several more emails. I finally initiated a complaint with PayPal on April 30th. On May 9th I finally heard from the company indicating that the product was ready to ship and that they were only awaiting my payment. I sent an email back indicating that I had already sent payment, that had been accepted by them, via PayPal. Then on May 12th I had an email from PayPal indicating that the company had refunded my payment. I had an email from the company yesterday indicating that they stopped shipping since I had requested a refund via PayPal.
Ok..long winded story...nearly finished...I sent the company an email this morning indicating that if the product is really now available for shipping, that I would resend the payment. I also inquired as to whether or not they could supply additional orders.
I'll provide this thread with updates...but you may want to see how everything ends up with my order before potentially having a similar experience. At this point I am cautiously hopeful that the order will go through, be correct, and install as easily as described.
