Bean can lube

Whats the best lube to use whilst re-assembling my bean can? Where do you lube?

I like to use just a wee bit of white lithium grease on the advance weight pivot posts. Not necessary to lube the nylon "feet" on the weights as they will slide naturally across the floor of the advance mechanism.

A little wipe of oil on the steel components will help keep rust at bay and a drop or two of oil on the washer stack at each end of the shaft is nice. I tend to put a couple drops of oil on the sealed bearings just to help me feel good about it.
