I am using a Raask rearset that I purchased used from the BMWMOA classifieds and it is specific to the R65. Bolts right up no problem. The link in the first reply for Omar's  has them at the top of the left hand column. The biggest issue is the rear brake since the lever goes through a pocket in the frame. Anything modified to fit will be a problem there. Not impossible but much easier if it is already to bolt up.
Keep your bike in good repair: motorcycle boots are not comfortable for walking.
