Interesting.  Over here "Goth" is freaky teenagers wearing black lipstick, black fingernail polish, black leather trench-coats, and generally looking strange and creepy...

They sure must have alot of time and money into those rigs - pretty impressive though I am sure I would find one incredible boring to ride.

As with Justin, I was expecting to see a bunch of teenagers in pancake makeup, black lipstick&hair dye and black clothes, listening to Marilyn Manson. LOL!

The "Goth Fest" has been going on for years, as Whitby Abbey on the South Cliff is the insperation for "Dracula" there is also a Bram Stoker festival which means you end up with an eclectic mix of Goth/ Victoriana/ Steampunk/Pirate and just good old fancy dress the pubs round the Old Town are brilliant.
