Lucky Lou to replace JC on Top Gear
« on: March 26, 2015, 08:39:55 AM »
I vote our very own LL should replace JC on Top Gear.

Send in your petitions to 'care of top gear' BBC London

We can see the lovely Gertie hurtling around the Top Gear test track with LL hanging off the pegs and giving it 'large' with the throttle whilst extolling the virtues of airhead handling... 8-)

Brilliant... :D

Why not, isn't  Clarkson also from Gods own country (Yorkshire). It would likely be better than the BBC's efforts if the other two jump ship as well and set up again with another TV channel.

Thanks for the vote of confidence.....just think of all the lovely old bikes I could get to play with..... rumour has it that Guy Martin has been approached, my guess is that someone has woken up to the fact that there are an awful lot of bikers out there with very little mainstream telly aimed at them.

My first programme would be about pot holes and endless botch up roadwork's.

Lou certainly qualifies.

He and Lady Di were spotted in Dallas at Richard Rawlins' Gas Monkey Garage Bar & Grille. I understand our Yorkshireman high-sided a bar stool.

I survived Dallas Downtown rush hour traffic to get to Gas Monkey, I was under orders from my Daughter who wanted a specific "Tee Shirt" which the helpful staff were happy to model for proof of purchase at the bar............... happy daze even bumped in to some crazy Texican bikers in a Steakhouse.

At least we can understand what Lou is saying, unlike Mr. Martin's questionable diction.

It's plain and simple English.

What dialect are you speaking in your county?  :D

As I am multi lingual ... I speak English Aussie and Merican  oh and for good measure I will never go thirsty in Bosch Frog or Flemish basically the sign reads "Do you feel lucky punk...." I found the Gas Monkey staff photo, if only folk in the UK were as helpful .... missing Texas already.
Son in Law is "Swanning" into DFW business class in a couple of weeks time, I offered to carry his bags but sadly I don't have the clearance to go were he his going........
Pink looks pretty "Hot" to me......................................
