I saw a posting in one of the upper topics of  the Tech section and saw Rob Valdez '79 R65 ( Ex Member) .
 
Has he left the this site ??

Hmmm, I know he was trying to wind down but I haven't had a request to "whack" 'im...  Maybe Bob did... OH, wait, this IS Bob!!!

I just logged in to the server and looked at the data files and his stuff DOES appear to be gone...

You can delete yourself on the user control panel .

Hate to see him go, he's the one that told me about this site about 14 years ago .

I'm pretty surprised that he'd delete himself as he has been participating recently and was just talking about meeting up at some of the BMW/airheads rallies here in the east this year..   this is just odd..

No kidding. He's the one who just recently started the thread that brought up the idea of doing a few Airhead rallies, and was actively involved in that discussion. Even the thread itself is now gone. Hmm  :-?

I heard back from Rob - he is doing OK - just decided that it was time for some changes in his life, and he felt that he wasn't needed here.   I think that he is still on the boxerworks and cbr250 forums.

I *think* that Rob was our principal moderator for the photo gallery accounts, etc. so now we should have someone fill in that position so new members can sign up, etc.
