World SuperBike goes with Al Jazeera
« on: March 02, 2013, 08:59:06 AM »
What the...?

Speed Channel has been out-bid for the broadcast rights for World SuperBike races. The new beIN Sports network, owned by Qatar's Al Jazeera -Yes, THAT Al Jazeera- is buying up broadcast rights to many different sports which may soon be lost to USA viewers... unless you want to make some additional financial investments over and above your current TV package costs.

OK, I'll survive missing these races broadcast on Speed, but if you care anything at all about human rights and violence against women, you may find this disgusting Qatar royal family-owned business as "oily" as do I.

They cannot be any worse than Murducks empire of sleaze. That said i doubt you would get a chance to stuff a custard pie in the Princess face unless they hired Wendy as a bodyguard.
