Flashing buttons, (Just picky crap)
« on: November 08, 2011, 10:05:13 AM »
Is there any way to make the topic notification buttons "flutter" rather than "flash"?

When I scan the page , I scan faster than the buttons flash, I have to stare  at it  to see if there is any new stuff. If they "fluttered" I could glance and go......................

i know, I know, don't I have anything better to do.................

Every time I scan the bullets the slowwwwwww flash rate bugs me.

Figured I was the only one that was bothered by this, won't be the first time I found myself out of step

Wish I could get a write off on my taxes for the 1/2 second I donate LOL

As far as the Brake light switch, I was about to install my fairing back on the bike when I discovered/remembered my brake switch was caput. (Tupac, spelled backwards)

Since it's a major PITA to work on the switch after the fairing was on I was dead in the water until I had the switch, hence I NEEDED IT NOW or abandon the project and watse a bunch of time. I guess I  cudda used the extra time  waiting for the buttons to flash, huh?

Or make sure you pushed on the foot brake whenever you braked to turn on your brake light with that switch.

I think I have been doing that for a few years( its been a year since this bike has been on the road)

I just installed a Hyper light,  so with the concern I have of being run over from behind,  I thought it was silly not to put it back together right.

You mean that the topic notification buttons flash?
Keep your bike in good repair: motorcycle boots are not comfortable for walking.
