One of our members here (Peter) Trolle, brought this up in a thread a few months ago about the members here, as we were approaching 650 members .
His comment was that on a forum he visited, there was a very active 'core' of about 10 or so members that were keeping the forum 'alive' .
He mentioned that it would be interesting to see how this forum compared .
In the upper blue header, there is a block for members, click on it, off to the right, there is a drop down menu, To sort by : click it and then click on posts, the members here are ranked on the amount of posts they have made .
I did a little counting this morning, here's what I came up with, there are 15 members on each page .
The first two pages, or 30 members about 3.3% of total membership (out of 909) have made about 72% of the posts here, about the middle of page six, or around 85-90 members the amount drops to less than 100 posts per member .
No offense to any new members here, that don't have many posts !!!
