I won one of the sections at last weekends Cowboy Action Shoot it was 10 rifle targets and 2 shotgun on horse back 28 seconds yeee haa.... a full 12 seconds in front of my nearest rival. Finished 3rd overall from 25 shooters, time penalties apply for misses(none for me).
Would have done better overall but for a pistol "malfunction" in one of the other rounds.
My rifle is a good piece of American kit ... Henry Under lever and my shotgun is a S/B copy of a 1895 Winchester 12g Hammer Gun almost as satisfying as a twisty on the bike, the weekend was completed with a blast up to Devils Bridge with a couple of pals
