Stolen car. Upland Ca
« on: May 07, 2011, 09:47:20 PM »
Hey guys, I just wanted to post here in hopes of spreading the word and getting people to keep their eyes open. A friend of mine had his 914 stolen from in front of his house a cople days ago in broad daylight. I will post a link below to the thread with pics, vin number, and plate numbers. Please keep your eyes out, and any time you know of a stolen vehicle post it up on as many boards as you belong to. Getting the word out to the greater auto community is the best way of stopping this shit.

Thanks, Scott

I hate thieves.  >:(

I hope all the hair on their ass turns to fishhooks

Send the color and the plate number, Upland is only 20 minutes from here......... should be easy to spot, not many 914's on the road anymore.

The reality is that it is probably in pieces by now and the left overs are dumped or in the metal recycler

Or possibly in an overseas shipping container heading out of the country .

Scotty.................. that was the car of your web site, huh.

That was too nice to part out ( hopefully). Maybe they can get it before it is containerized

Dont give up hope... i was talking to my father in law the other day about his Professional Rugby playing days (hes in his mid 80,s now) he used to go to matches on his Triumph 350 and when playing in Bradford it was stolen the Police returned it to him 9 years later, i prayed he still had it stashed away somewhere......no luck as usual.
