Another prayer request...

This is really off-topic/off-forum, but I can't help but share this.

Graham belongs to another forum for Datsun Mini-Trucks.  He has been restoring his Dad's Datsun pick-up truck and he found this forum.  These guys are very much like this forum, supportive and respectful.  One of their members, Daniel, and his wife, Dusti, just had a baby boy on Valentine's day.  She was a couple of weeks late and now has had major complications.  She is on life support and it is a very tough situation.  It's not looking good for her at all.  

I know this has nothing to do with this forum, but I can't help but share and ask for prayers for this family.  Just like on here,  when you get to know the members of a forum, they feel just like friends you see on a daily basis.  That's what the Datsun forum has been for Graham.  Daniel is a friend, even if only through the internet.

So for those of you that will, please keep Daniel, Dusti and their new boy, Everett, in your prayers.  Thanks, friends.

what should be a time of joy is now a  time of turmoil for this family, some times we need to be reminded how fragile life really is.My grandkids are coming this afternoon to stay for the weekend, i will be counting my blessings and sparing a thought for these folks at the same time.

I'm sorry to report that Dusti did not make it.  It's an overwhelming thought to be facing what Daniel has in front of him.  

It makes me so thankful for the people in my life and the blessings I have.

I am very sorry for the loss of Daniel's wife, Dusti.  It is always terrible when a person's life ends so very much too early, but all the worse when a young child is deprived of its mother who brought him in to the world.

Our sincere condolences to all.

Oh wow!  I got the names of the players mixed up!  I thought it was the baby that didn't make it!  Poor Dusti!  Poor all of them.

Does Daniel have a good support structure in his family?  It would be really tough to think he & Everett were all alone, wherever they are.

I am so sorry to hear of Dusti's death. Please tell Graham I would have been praying but I missed the thread until today....please give my heartfelt wish that Daniel and the wee one will overcome this tragedy. It is a lifetime of burden; eased in spots by time.
