We have the opposite here in the desert regions of North America, it's called the Blast Furnace Index, or BFI, if it's 115 F. (46C.), and the wind is 30 mph, it feels like 160 F. (71 C.) :D  ;) ;D [smiley=flamethrowingsmiley.gif] [smiley=flamethrowingsmiley.gif]
