ps my son inlaw went to see the Beach boys(whats left of them!!) while he was in Palmdale..only 5 bucks a ticket sounds like a good deal to me

Last month some friends and I went to see Chicago (formerly Chicago Transit Authority) playing at the big fair in Vermont.   They still had (4) of the early/original band members blowing their horns - they sounded good and miraculously none of them fell off stage and broke a hip !
They only played for a couple hours, but it was very good.

I missed out on going to see Sir Elton John the week before - he played for a full 3 1/2 hours.   Either he has tremendous stamina or playing a piano is just a whole lot less demanding on the cardiovascular system...
