Crankcase breather filter
« on: July 25, 2008, 07:22:00 PM »
Hey guys, I goofed up MAJOR. before I left for the MOA rally, i didn't put a filter on that breather, just kinda left it there, no hose, no nothing. I honestly didn;t think that anything would come out of it. Let's just say that after a couple thousand miles, I had a bit of cleaning up to do.

I bouth a braided nylon hose, the ones that don't twist or bend, so now i need to figure out where to route it and where to get a breather. Maybe Justin needs to make a kit.....

yep oil comes out, i had it running into the carbs like stock but after long riding or harder riding i would still get some that would come out of the boots. i made a hose like rob did. the filter you can get from auto zone or other car parts stores.
