Now I am really an old geezer as I don't have a "portable computer" on the bike and have been away on the bike. Missed this whole thing till now!! Yikes, Mike......all the best and as a fellow "some definition of old person", I want to follow this whole knee fix for you very closely. I bought one of those magic massage therapy tiny portable electronic units at the MOA rally in Sedalia and so far have found it marvelous and the therapy is done right here at home and in my own time...not to mention it is already paid for!! Anyhoo, that type of TENS therapy may be down the line for you at this early stage. The wee machine seems to put out the same massage levels and types that the big machines do in the physio's office. So just google magicmassagetherapy.com if you're interested to find out about it. I got it much cheaper at the rally though....much! Also, I haven't had a knee replacement...just a recently tweaked knee from a twist and earlier injury when young.
