Nope. It's not a Hardley rally, a WSB wheelie contest, not even a tattoo competition. It
IS a pretty low key family event that focuses on cool old motorcycles.
It's the 25th edition of the North Texas Norton Owners Assn (NTNOA) Lake 'O the Pines Rally near Jefferson, Texas, October 2-4, 2009.
Quoting the NTNOA release: The rally draws over 250 people displaying over 100 of the finest vintage British, European and Pacific Rim motorcycles anywhere in the country. Join us at Lake O' the Pines just outside of Jefferson, Texas. Display your bike in the bike show, ride in the Rolling Concours and enjoy a weekend full of great entertainment and fun.
I've registered for the event and booked a B&B in Jefferson for my wife, the R65 and me. The ladies love to shop Jefferson.
