New forum status

Several of the members have been assisting in testing the new forum software and as it stands right now I think all of the gremlins have been exorcised.

The new forum will be running on YaBB 2.3.1 (currently on 2.1) and will look a bit different but y'all should be able to find your way around without too much difficulty.  The switch will take place most likely within the next week.

I've been playing on the new R65 site and folks, it's really cool.

There's a button to punch if you'd like to offer a few bucks as a donation to keep our site in primo condition.  It's certainly not mandatory and I know the unwritten motto of R65.org will continue as, "Come on it. We love folks!"  I'll skip lunch for a couple days and help offset operational costs.

Aussie, the donation button is at the top of the "new" R65.org website which is still in a stealth test mode. A few of us ne'er-do-wells have been shanghaied, uh, invited by our webmeister to attempt a bit of a shake down run looking for bugs and minor problems. I expect the release on our New & Improved R65.org very soon.

I for one will skip lunch for a couple days and donate my lunch money toward the operational expenses of the site.
