Part of the equation as to why the Brits lost their motorcycle and automobile industry can be traced to their "hide bound" methods of production.

I say, Geoffrey, we've been doing it this way since before the Hun's Blitz. Why change just because some young engineer thinks we should?

And the Buck Rogers Triumph Triple was such a stroke of design genius!  ::)
