Hi all, new to the board.  84LS, 95GS, and scrounging for a PD.  Pics of my work horses, one for city, one for country.

Kind of bringing the LS back to life, thus my entrance onto the board.

Thanks all for the kind words and welcome.  The LS is getting a slow makeover subsystem by subsystem though it's in pretty good condition overall, but yes I agree, the bikes are pretty nice.  The GS is getting sold here soon as I'm making the final move toward adulthood and getting rid of the oil head for another airhead: a PD or a GS that I'll turn into a PD.

Thanks again for the warm welcome.  See you on the tech article pages shortly as I'm struggling with a bizzarre electrical issue that I'll baffle you all with shortly.  Rick at Motorad Electrik and I have been going over the symptoms but I'll get a post together in the next couple of days.

Yeah, hannibal, welcome to our weird and wonderful little corner of the BMW universe.  Good lookin' LS you have there, too!  And an Oilhead to boot!  Covering all the "Boxer Bases", as it were!  ;)

Look forward to reading your posts!  [smiley=thumbsup.gif]
