Anybody else had problems logging on the last few

A malformed ip address was in the .htaccess file.  When the software detects a hack attempt it adds the ip to the servers .htaccess file.  I must have fat-fingered something when I was cleaning up the file the other day or the software glitched and scrambled an IP when it added it.
