Actually had a day of sunshine on Tuesday. Needed to get the Triumph Trophy inspected but first rolled by our local multi=line bike dealership. Huge place with ATVs and bike from Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Victory, KTM and... BMW.
Gotta admit I'm drawn to the late model oilhead 'R' bikes as you gents recently experienced. Wife thinks a nice one decked out with the pillion goods would suit her.
BTW, a motorcycle
inspection in Texas is a miniscule version of an MOT. Basically, if you can ride the bike to the inspector, you've passed. The Trophy 900 had to have a working headlight, tail light, brake light, turn sigs and a horn. No emission test in Texas, either. Took about four minutes judged by the Triumphs clock, Cost was $7.00USD.
More rain expected today. Note to self: Stay away from that damned BMW dealership. It's evil.
