This guy is an excellent and well known instructor, I thought you might want to see our UK roads on a well ridden Honda Pan ST1100.

I will be attending his training school shortly to brush up on my riding skills before venturing out on mine when finished

I watched it without sound and what I saw was a lot of positioning for maximum visibility through the bends. I try to practice that but positioning for left hand bends (RH if you drive on the Right) make me nervous as it puts you very close to oncoming traffic. I noticed he raised that point and when he observed oncoming traffic through  the trees he compromised the extent of his positioning and gave a bigger margin. It's along time since I did any driver training but the essence of it is looking as far into the distance as you can and using the best positioning to make that possible.

Practicing the 'late apex' turns to improve 'round the corner visibility paid big dividends for me riding through West Virginia years ago (deer were hopping out into the road round every turn).  I finally decided to call it a day at the next hotel I came to even though there were a couple more hours of daylight left.

I've been watching his vids on you tube for a year or two, and he comes out with some good hints and tips that I have taken up.

He is very popular here in the UK.

A nice guy and doesn't take himself too seriously unlike some of the 'experienced' bikers over here who parade around pontificating about vanishing angles etc...
