Airheads Tech Day
« on: August 10, 2014, 07:09:54 PM »
I went to my first tech day yesterday. It was great, I found twenty new friends waiting for me. We got two bikes ( one R65) running again. Several smaller maintenance tasks were taken care of and about ten of us had our carbs synced by a master.

If you ever get a chance go, you will not regret it, unless you stay over night and over indulge, then you might regret a little.

They said the barley was not the problem. The problem was the homemade stuff in the mason jar.

Oh dear.  That would definitely be a "stay the night" situation.

Only been to one, but at least a dozen bikes were worked on and most left running. At least five trannys were reshimed. It was unbelievable the work done and there was plenty of time for fun and a lot of good food.
