One week to go
« on: July 17, 2014, 08:39:19 AM »
Its been 3yrs since i left my beloved R65 at my parents house when i moved away from the big smoke. It was't supposed to be there for that long but life got in the way & the garage/workshop i wanted to build before i bring it down still has't happened. I'll put it under the carport with a bike cover till the garage/workshop goes up.

The bike has been in very good hands (dad rebuilt it in the mid 90's) so all is running well. I'll be driving up to Sydney next week to see the family & finally picking up my R65. Cant wait its being toooo long.

Ahh the memories riding down the south coast on a sunny weekend

Nice looking machine.  Is that extra seat pad a homemade custom job, or an aftermarket commercial product?
