I was looking into buying some helmet intercom system and came across this thread. More funny than useful but worth a read.

Point & Counter-Point...

To me, these days it seems as if everyone wants to stay "connected" no matter what they're doing; be it driving through a school zone, pushing a cart in WalMart, having dinner with family, sitting on the throne... Jeez.

One of the many things I enjoy about my motorcycle activity is being away from all forms of electronic communication wizardry. It's just me and my bike. Perfect.

+1 for what Monte said. My bike time is my time to get inside my own head.
Keep your bike in good repair: motorcycle boots are not comfortable for walking.
