New old tire-kicker ...
« on: November 19, 2012, 06:22:20 PM »
Hi folks -- was happy to stumble across this forum, and am here to learn about what to look for in an R65/R65LS. Almost bought an R65 new back in '82, should've, but had free use of my dad's Honda and bought a car instead, so... have been pining for one ever since. And it's about time to teach the young'un some mechanical skills, so am thinking about making up for lost time with one of these. Thanks everyone for the wealth of knowledge to be found here; if the right opportunity comes up I'll be happy to be a contributor, too.

Welcome to the asylum, rallison.

Lots of places -forums, lists, websites- to search for a nice R65. Good luck and keep us posted on your search.
