Phil Hawksley's BM Bikes is a nice color reference.

Look at the top of the rear fender for a paint code sticker. If it's still there, it will tell you the original paint code. My '83 had the sticker with 501 listed and that's what I went with along with the factory silver pin stripes on the tank and tail piece.
Azur Blue #501 is probably the color you are referencing. There are several sites out on the web that sell the OEM-ish German Glasurit paint. Prepare to be shocked by the prices.
Another popular, and far less expensive option, is to select an existing color that is close to what you're wanting. I worked with my local automotive paint and body supply vendor and found a rather perfect 501 match.
The paint is from the Honda
automobile line and is listed as Brilliant Sky and/or Cerulean Blue. Dead ringer for the 501 Azur Blue. Much less money. A quart of color, after adding the proper reducer and gloss hardener, is all you'll need for the R65.

Don't know what the rates are at paint shops in your neighborhood, but 'round these parts, it's incredibly expensive with most of the charges related to prep work. The actual paint spray is quick by comparison.
I've trained up 'ol Bengt Phorqs to be a pretty fair apprentice paint shooter. He's presently involved with a pair of side panels for his R90. Black, of course.
My counsel is to get some assistance from a friendly, spray paintin'-experienced buddy and DIY. Bottom line, for your listed parts and based on bike buddies' experiences locally, my guess would be a minimum of $500 for a basic job which wouldn't include spraying the tank's bottom tunnel or the insides of the side panels nor underneath the front fender.
YMMV
