Safety first ???
« on: July 10, 2012, 05:30:42 PM »
In the cage taking my son to swim practice today when I was overtaken by a young lady (probably 19 or 20) and what looked like her little brother (10 or 11) weaving in and out of traffic on a sportbike. They both had on a helmet (required where I live) but she had on a sun dress. I didn't even notice the footwear until I caught up at a light.
Keep your bike in good repair: motorcycle boots are not comfortable for walking.

Yikes -
IF he can't reach the footpegs, then he really is in a precarious position - I wouldn't let her ride him in traffic that is for sure.

The ADVRider forum is full of pictures of young lasses with shoes like that (and often not much else) astride motorcycles.. but it is often quite apparent that they aren't actually able to ride the bike they're posing with.... ;D

Several thoughts came to my mind, most of which were prurient in nature.  I prefer to think that he was late to his violin lesson while Sis had to get to her job at the Gentleman's Club. :o
