It looks pretty nice.
Missing a few things - I'd especially want to get the swingarm pivot plastic covers on there ASAP to reduce the volume of Aridzona desert sand getting into the swingarm bearings.   No bags, not cosmetically perfect, and those short rearview mirrors do not go with the low euro bar - you'll barely see past your shoulders.

Still, I'd say it could be a very nice bike for someone looking for one - start offering around $2600 and work from there, IMHO.   If it had full maintenance records, etc. that would make me more comfortable with starting higher.

It was also listed on flea bay for a lower price. Why do people do that? Make up you friggin' mind on the price. Going to look at this on Sunday with his lower flea bay 'buy it now' price in my pocket. Well start the negotiation from south of there. Way south!
