The former owner of my bike just sold me the original pannier bags for the bike for $75. Never used ,never mounted.

That's a woo hoo for sure!!!!!!! Mine are cracking so I have to put JB Weld on the inside in places. My rear latches need another weld too and the scissor hinges to control the outer lid from flopping down are off, got the parts and need to be mounted...rivetted I assume but I think I have to drill right through now to do it!
