"Frank lowered the forks 6 cm, and made a new sub-frame, seat and license plate bracket." Ooh. Just what an off-road scoot needs... less fork travel. Rider's gonna be doing some "agricultural inspections" real soon.

I'm also thinking that OEM flat steel upper fork brace is gonna be a pretzel if the builder tries any surface rougher than the brick paver street seen behind the bike. No skid plate (goodbye, exhaust) plus a rearview mirror and bar end turn signals! It's perfect for the late n' great AMA Loudon (NH) TT races.

OK. It's a kinda cool looking custom but that ain't no scrambler... IMO
