I'd like to know, how you 'just find' something like this !!!

Even at 1975 valuation, there's $50,000US sitting there, you'd think someone would be missing something like this !!!!!
'81 R65
'82 R65 LS
'84 R65 LS
'87 Moto Guzzi V65 Lario
'02 R1150R
Riding all year long since 1993 .
I'll give up my R65, when they pry my cold dead hands from the handlebars !!!!!

They belonged to a Belgian Motor dealer (Cars/Bikes) who was a bit eccentric  when you look through the other stuff there it seems he bought and sold job lots of things but apparently he had a habit of falling out with his business partners the sitting on whatever he had bought..intresting find though.

Podevijn was a Norton and Honda dealer in Aalst near Brussels. I lived in Belgium in the 1970s and bought two Commandos from him, first a 750 later an 850 ES, both Interstate models. He was quite a tough character who used to show off a cowboy style revolver with ammunition - though I never heard of him using it! When I bought my 850 he told me he would be keeping a crated one but I did not know he eventually kept a whole stack of them. The dealership was a family business.

I imagine that someone like Jay Leno will be putting a bid on these at Sotheby's soon.
