I don't know, I'm just struggling with this concept. If I have to go to Max's or another fiche to get parts numbers, which also tells me retail prices, and then to Chicago with the #, which also only gives me retail, then why does their website exist, at least for parts? :-?
If you have to call to get a price, then why not just call to begin with? And if I wanted to talk to someone, that's what I'd do, but I'm usually ordering parts on the weekends or at night.
Seems like in the 21st century, a big dealership with a large website like theirs could give their actual prices, especially since they don't have photos or advertising, and you have to get the BMW part # elsewhere.

Enough b*tchin' and moanin', sorry, that wasn't my intent here...
