Welcome Peter. Is the problem with a bike or the company?  ;)

I believe he is referring to changes in brain chemistry brought on by Airhead exposure...

Airhead exposure...

I believe that is curable now, just buy another one! They like being in pairs, sort of like a thoroughbred horse, they like to have a pony mate.

I had to get my R100RS a stable mate, she now sleeps well with her R65RS friend.

I am hoping that LRB likes a Moto Guzzi with almost opposing cylinders and shaft drive. He has conveniently gotten rid of the last 3 bikes I got him for companionship!
1983 R65LS - LRB still my favourite!? 1988 Honda NX250, "Toodles Too" and a Suzuki DR650, "Calypso." All stored in the "Brrrmmm Closet".

If I bring home another motorcycle, I'll be sleeping with the R65s.  ;D  Monte

By now you KNOW I have a problem.  But I got another one...IMPATIENCE.

I want my R65 to be running and looking as I envision it to be NOW, and it ain't that way.  Oh well...

Currently, the LS is at the BMW doctor; and I haven't gotten an update.  Isn't he suppose to drop everything else on his plate and attend to my baby as his #1 priority?  And call me regularly with updates.  Oh damn...

And while he has it in the shop, isn't he suppose to let it sit there while the cosmetics are completed....NOT HAPPENING.

And aren't I suppose to KNOW which color I want the bike to be, and it to be that way YESTERDAY.  Uhoh, again, NOT HAPPENING.

And aren't I suppose to be getting my wife aMother's Day gift, instead of writing to Dear Airhead...

Enjoy you weekends,  I'm on call and working...DAMN  :(

Peter

Reopropf, obviously it's mandatory that you acquire another BMW.  That way when one is in the shop at least you'll have something to ride.  When you have an itch you just have to scratch it.  Don't worry about the connubial implications to that, just point out to She Who Must Be Obeyed that she only needs one pair of shoes, but look at how many she has.

Ha! Don't listen to Mike, aka Bengt. Big talk from a man who'll be changing his tune after June 6th when he ties the knot. Then's when SWMBO takes over duties as Chief-of-the-House.  [smiley=whip.gif]

Let's have a moment of silence for the dead man walkin'  [smiley=behead.gif]

Is there any other place to sleep? Am I missing something here....my wife sleeps in the bed, how are we supposed to fit the bikes in there anyhow, I still think the shed is the best place, and they do not snore!

Touche' Monte.  At least I got braggin' rights for another 3 weeks or so.  Feyonce' says I'm like a little boy with his own merry go round.  Get up in the morning and ask myself "which pony am I going to ride today?"

Fits in with the case of when i was building a dog kennel I was advised to build one big enough to sleep in myself, because some day I'll need to.
