What happend to the front mudguard? Looks a little off-centre.

Mine is a bit off as well.  I have learned to accept its slightly askew position.  Nothing is perfect in my world.  Not trying to make it so is soo much less stressful!   8-)

I have had the pleasure of meeting Will on a Motobins 'Gabfest' a couple of years back.

It is as nice as it looks in the picture.

British number plates - don't get me started - the number plate character size are designed for cars/lorries....and then stuck on bikes.  Its like having a sail - or a parachute.

I really rather like that philosophy - I tend to be rather 'anal' about too many things. And let's face it - it is stressful.

So I shouldn't bother tearing my bike down to the frame this winter and have the frame painted/powdercoated while exchanging engines?

;)

I just got permission from my landlord (I bribed him with $100) to let me roll the R65 into the living room for the winter!   [smiley=clap.gif]

No, no, no... There's a difference between doing a frame-off resto and being anal.  But it helps to be anal WHILE you are doing the resto...  ;D
