Forum T-Shirts are being ordered today - Act Now!!

I will be placing a T-shirt order today.  I will be ordering according to the commitments I received in the previous posting.  If you indicated you wanted a T-shirt, but failed to note size or color, I have e-mailed you.  If I don't get a response then it will be a black XL.  After placing the order I will have a few days to tweak it as far as quantity, size, and color goes but don't wait too long.  I will order a few extra black XL sized shirts for those that didn't make it.

I have 10 commitments so for this batch of shirts $2.50 of each shirt price goes to the setup fee for digitizing and tweaking the logo for embroidery.  Of course, if in the next few days more people commit then this cost will be spread over more shirts and the shirt price will decrease accordingly.  Right now it looks like the price will be around $14 ($2 more for XXL and XXXL)  plus shipping.  Just to remind folks of the logo I have decided to put on the shirt it will look like this:

I have orderd 3 extra black XL and 2 extra grey XL.  If you didn't get your name, size, and color down in the first e-mail post what you want here as I can still amend the order until they start producing them...  If you committed and didn't give a color preference I ordered you black, if no size was given I ordered you an XL.

cad jim, interiorak, I have added you to the list.  I can continue to add folks up until I get together with the embroiderer to tweak colors depending on what color shirt is involved.  Once that process is done then that's it.  Should be early next week.

As far as payment is concerned I'll need to wait until the order is "etched-in-stone" to compute final cost/shirt and shipping...  So, basically, hold on for now...

I have approved and tweaked the colors on the logo and the shirts are queued up to be produced.  This is what we wound up with:

The logo as pictured will print on the red shirts.  

For the black, navy blue, and royal blue shirts I changed the www.r65.org from black to the same grey as the r65.

The grey shirts will have the url and r65 printed in black as the grey printing didn't stand out very good against the grey background.

Hey Justin,

Just wanted to remind you that I changed my black shirt size from large to XL. I didn't see the switch at the top of the forum thread so I wasn't sure if you remembered. No big deal if it is too late. I'll just eat salad and ice for a couple weeks until I can squeeze into a large.

I ordered you the XL and cancelled the L.  I can modify the order as much as I want until it hits production, at that point it is "etched in stone", right now it's in the production queue and could be started tomorrow but no later than about a week from now.
