Why do you want it deleted Bob?

I do think that most people are better off without the factory manual as it is not designed for use by someone who has not done the factory training courses and has a $10k plus investment in Matra tools, but deleting the post seems a bit extreme.

OK, fair enough I guess. Is this a new policy to delete completed buy/sell threads?

I ask because there are a couple of thousand earlier threads that will need to be evaluated to decide whether they reached finality or not prior to effectign their deletion.

And, if we are going down the path of deleting threads, there are a few of mine I'd like to wave goodbye to as well.

I look at the threads, I've been using 2 years of inactivity to consider deleting it .
Quite often, the original poster, has not been active for years, so sending a PM is useless, as there is usually no email address available to contact the member  .
