i did a search and didnt find anything on neckk bearings. what size is the neck on the trees? i could go out and take my trees off to find out, but thought to ask to see if any one knew. and does any one have some standard bearing numbers that i could get from a bearing supplier other than a dealer? i found that you can get them for almost half the price compared to a dealer or shop.

According to RealOEM.com , the bearing dimensions are 28-52-16 mm.

If you figure anything from that.

If you find an alternate source, post it !!

I just happen to have an old bearing from my R90 which is the same for the R65's. The bearing and race is a Timken bearing number is 071005 race number is 07120X. My local bearing store says that they can get them had planned on doing this next time I change bearings. I did not trash  the old ones so I would have the numbers.

that is what i was hoping to also do is get some timken bearings.

if i remember right the 28 would be the size of the neck, the 52 is the outer most edge of the bearing and the 16 is the pitch of the bearing.
