Flong, where are you located? Motobins comes to mind in the UK, and here in the States it's often cheaper to go to an online parts fiche to get the part #s and then price shop.
The best fiches I've seen are at Max' BMW (
http://www.maxbmwmotorcycles.com/fiche/MainDiagrams.asp?mospid=47851 ) and Hammersley BMW (
http://www.webparts.com/cycles/ficheframeset.cfm?tablename=R65_1 ), who also sell for under retail: Max charges full price. Just checked and saw $75.69 @ Hammersley, $85.00 at Max, full retail.
Pricewise, Hammersley's a good deal, and they also ship to Europe & Australia. Probably the cheapest prices can be found at Chicago BMW,
http://www.chicagobmwmotorcycles.com , but they are also among the slowest moving human beings left alive: if you want it in less than 3-4 weeks,
minimum, don't bother. Their discount price, though, is $68.00
Anyway, my [smiley=2cents.gif] . For what it's worth, controls/switchgear pop up used regularly on Ebay, usually at very reasonable prices too.
Good luck!
ps: I forgot, check the Internet BMW Rider's site too, often find good deals on used part, bikes and gear there.
