Crankcase Breather Question
« on: January 25, 2015, 09:06:50 AM »
I am wondering if the crankcase breather is temperature sensitive... during the summer I often get the Turkey gobble on tickover but out today for a very nice ride it did not do it once. The air temperature was somewhere between 0c and 5c.

I doubt the breather itself is temperature sensitive but the amount of crankcase compression and blowby gases it has to deal with may vary with temperature.
