Steering Damper Measurements?

Here are some picture of the factory set up of steering damper as requested by a member.  It basically attaches to the same bracket where the horn is attached.  The other side attaches to the triple tee's bottom side, there is already a threaded tap in there.

I'm assuming the 1st photo is the bracket with damper removed, showing the mount hole at center.
As soon as I get my R65 back, I'll check to see if the mount is similar.
Also, I've lightened your photos just a bit, to perhaps show the damper placement better.

I think I posted this before, but here it is again.  I am running a damper on my 1982 R65LS.

The damper that fits the R65 is the NHK ODM500:
