Here is a picture of sorts and  a couple of earlier threads. Ignore the bit of extra foam I was experimenting with.

If I needed new ones I'd just find a straight length of rubber and bend it to fit. The material is not solid hard rubber and not open cell foam but something in between. Quite firm with a little bit of give.
