Myself, I'd straighten it out and use it.

After straitening it check with a loupe that there is no cracks in the metal... You do not want the plate to break when spinning ...

Looks like you might be good, but for future reference,  Motorworks (http://www.motorworks.co.uk/) is another similar operation to Motobins that I use quite a bit. I'm not sure what their shipping policies to NA are but I have found them to be as good and often more competitive on price than bins.

One other that I have used on occasion and had good service is James Sherlock (http://www.james-sherlock.co.uk/), the only reason I have not used them as much is their website is not as good and you need to e-mail to finalize pricing.

And from the Fatherland, I have had good service from BMW Bayer (http://www.bmwbayer.de/) for the R65 and Kirsch BMW (http://www.bmw-kirsch.de/onlineshop/index.php?cat=c1_MOTORRAD.html) for BMW gear and F650 GS accesories.

Motorworks just recently began shipping to the Colonies after a lengthy "no ship to USA" issue. Why? I've heard several guesstimates for their reason but not worth repeating gossip.
