Charge Light

Hello

A quick one.....
I've not had a charge light on an R65 for a while now, but the race bike will run a battery, and for now i'd like to ensure it's charging.

With the ignition on, bike not running yet, is the light supposed to be on then it cuts itself off at 2000ish revs, popping back on at tickover??

I think it's right but i thought i'd check
