Just to clarify the RealOEM site, the kit number you refered to 25-RS, is an item number to the illustration, not the kit part number. The 25 is the item number, and the RS denotes a kit ( normally multiple parts). The last part numbers the dealer gave you ending in 082 and 083 are the correct BMW OEM part numbers for LS brake shoes. I don't see a kit for the LS, but there is one for the standard R65, and the illustration item is 25-RS. BMW part number for the kit is : 34212310523. To get to the illustrations that are applicable to your bike, on the first page of RealOEM, there is a box to enter the last 7 characters of your bike's VIN, enter the numbers, and then hit search. I don't know what dealer you are going to, but on average most BMW dealers are quite unknowledgeable on the old airhead bikes, that's why you need to get real good at researching your own parts.
