Stupid me... need battery dimensions...

I dropped the stupid thing off and forgot to get the dimension size for my battery.  Cell died in it.  Going to pick up and AGM if someone can tell me the correct size.

Thanks!

These fit and perform just fine. Several peeps hereabouts use them.

A silver Sharpie works well to record battery specs... on the battery holder. Just a thought.

The original BMW battery dimensions are:

186 Long 82 Wide 171 High (incl.terminals)

The 82mm width is usually the issue when choosing a battery and be aware that 82mm is the widest part at the top of the battery. The actual battery tray at the bottom is a few mm narrower.

Then you'd be golden with the Staab. It's 185.4mm long x 76.5mm wide x 166.8mm high.

I bought a AGM battery just a week ago and very pleased with it,don't worry about the bottom tray, mine was a bit larger and a nice piece of ply wood cut to the same dimensions but a bit thicker solved the problem.
