Like Rob says - they're not available. And the shops that can/do fix our speedos generally won't sell parts - and I understand why, since they have to rob them from their junkyard, which could leave them without the parts to rebuild another one.
Also, what I've seen is those gears tend to go when there's high resistance somewhere in the speedo - it could be old stiff grease or the odometer is jamming up. Something like that. So once those gears are replaced, make sure the rest of the speedo is serviced!
