I would at least change all the oils (engine, gearbox, driveshaft, final drive) and the oil filter. Replace or at least clean the air filter.
Oil breaks down over time, even if not used.
Obviously your battery is still good if it started.
Depending on how fresh the tires were when you last rode it, you might want to look at them. Rubber gets hard with age and if much more than 5 years you might want to consider changing. (You will find a manufacturing date on the sidewall. ( format year and week of the year - 0713 i.e. 13th week of 2007)
Check your valve clearances and timing, so you at least know the engine will be happy.
Ride it. You might get some oil leaks if any seals have hardened up, but you won't know this until you have ridden it a bit.
